Safari Portalโs Contacts module simplifies storing and managing contact information for Travelers, Suppliers, and Partner Agents.
With the Contacts module, managing relationships is streamlined, empowering you to stay organized and focus on delivering exceptional travel experiences.
Travelers
- Traveler details are automatically imported from completed Guest Forms shared via Guest Portals as well as Custom Forms.
- You can also bulk import traveler information using a CSV file.
- You can export a list of contacts to a CSV file.
- Individual profiles include the following:
- Custom Tags: Add personalized labels for easy categorization.
- Decision-Maker Status: Identify whether the individual is a key decision-maker.
- Connections to Other Travelers: Track relationships, such as past travel companions.
- Personal Details: Record date of birth, anniversary, and passport information.
- Health and Dietary Preferences: Note specific needs for seamless planning.
- Referral Information: Document who referred them for better client insights.
- Custom Notes: Include additional relevant details to enhance profile personalization.
- Travel History: View past and upcoming trips at a glance.
Partner Agents
- Create unlimited Partner Agent profiles, including:
- Logo, phone number, email address
- Address and decision-maker status
- Custom notes and tags
- Utilize Partner Agent details for white-labeling, seamlessly incorporating their contacts and branding onto proposals.
Supplier
- Create unlimited Supplier profiles, including:
- Contact person, phone number, email address
- Address and website
- Custom notes and tags
- Documents
- You can bulk import supplier information using a CSV file.
- Suppliers can be searched when creating invoices or expenses on your Financials module.
Additional Features
- Filter Traveler contacts by any property and export filtered lists as needed.
- This makes it easy to create custom marketing segments.
- Merge contacts if there are duplicates.
