How do I share a Lookbook or Itinerary?
Step-by-step guide to sharing a Lookbook or Itinerary.
Once you've created an Itinerary or Lookbook, you can share proposals in one of two ways—either with your client directly or with an agent from another company when working B2B.
Sharing From Your Dashboard
- Navigate to your Dashboard.
- Expand the relevant File.
- Click the Share button next to the proposal that you'd like to share.
Sharing From Within the Proposal While Editing It
- While editing a proposal, click the Share icon in the top right corner to launch the share modal.
After clicking the Share icon, the share modal will appear with several options:
- Copy a Link
- Copy the link to your clipboard to share directly via email, WhatsApp, or message.
- Optionally, customize the share link if you have already set up a custom domain URL.
- Share via Email
- Quickly search for existing contacts or create new ones.
- The system will send a system-generated email to your clients.
- Your Safari Portal login email is automatically BCC’d so you always receive a copy of what was sent in your inbox for reference.
- The system-generated email containing your custom message will include a link to view the proposal.
- Share with a Partner Agent
- Share with a Partner Agent for B2B collaboration or proposal purposes.
- If the other agent also has a Safari Portal account, as long as you share it with the email address that they use to log into SP, then they will receive an editable copy of the proposal on their Dashboard.
- You won’t see their edits, and they won’t see any new edits you make after sharing.
- For non-Safari Portal users, they’ll receive a shareable digital link.
Connection to Travel Portal App When Sharing via Email
If you Share via Email, the Itinerary, Lookbook, or Guest Portal will automatically be added to your clients' Travel Portal app as long as:
- They had already downloaded the app before you shared.
- They registered using the same email you shared the proposal with.
📌 Note: Guest Portals will always automatically appear on their app Dashboard, even if they did not download the app before you shared.
Other ways to share
It is also possible to export a PDF or Word version of the proposal.
