The short answer is that the proposal or Guest Portal link you send to your clients will remain active indefinitely, as long as your Safari Portal account is active and in good standing.
However, there may be instances where keeping the link active is not ideal—such as when a you suspect a client is shopping, or you have multiple iterations of a trip flying around. In such cases, you can easily deactivate an Itinerary, Lookbook, or Guest Portal link.
Step-By-Step Instructions
- Navigate to the proposal or Guest Portal you want to deactivate.
- Click on the three dots to the right.
- Choose Deactivate Link.
Keep in mind that you will still receive notifications when clients are trying to view deactivated itineraries.

4. The Internal Notes will now include a note indicating that the link has been deactivated.

5. If you ever want to reactivate the link again, click the three dots and select Activate Link.
