How do I remove a user from my Safari Portal account?
Step-by-step guide to managing and removing users from your account

 

If you’re the Account Admin and need to remove a user from your Safari Portal account, follow these steps.

Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of Safari Portal.
  2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. Go to the Users tab.
  4. In the Account Users section, find the user you want to remove.
  5. Click the trash can icon next to their name to delete the user.

⚠️ Important:

  • When a user is deleted, all Itineraries and Lookbooks will automatically be reassigned to the Account Admin.
  • If you need to remove an extra seat, please reach out to our team directly as deleting a user does not automatically update your billing.
