How do I remove a user from my Safari Portal account?

If you’re the Account Admin and need to remove a user from your Safari Portal account, follow these steps.
Step-By-Step Instructions
- Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of Safari Portal.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Go to the Users tab.
- In the Account Users section, find the user you want to remove.
- Click the trash can icon next to their name to delete the user.
⚠️ Important:
- When a user is deleted, all Itineraries and Lookbooks will automatically be reassigned to the Account Admin.
- If you need to remove an extra seat, please reach out to our team directly as deleting a user does not automatically update your billing.
