With custom Files Dashboard stages, you'll always have a clear view of where each File stands in your sales pipeline.

⚠️ Before You Begin: You need permission to manage Files Dashboard stages. Your account Admin can enable this in the Account Settings. See how below:

Default Setup

Safari Portal comes pre-loaded with custom stages on your Leads and Planning tab to help you get started. You can also add stages to the Confirmed, Traveling, Completed, and Archived stages.

Editing and Managing Stages

1. Click the More Options button.
2. Select Edit Stages.
   

📌 Note: The Uncategorized stage cannot be edited and automatically includes all Files that aren’t assigned to another stage.

What You Can Customize

From here, you can:

• Add new stages.
• Edit or remove existing ones.
• Rearrange the order of stages.
• Assign custom colors for visual clarity.
  

Each Files Dashboard tab (e.g., Leads, Planning, Confirmed, etc.) can have its own set of stages and colors. For instance, you might set stages in Planning to pink, and stages in Confirmed to green—or use your own custom brand colors!

Creating Stages in Other Tabs

1. Click the More Options button.
2. Select Edit Stages.
3. Select the desired tab from the dropdown menu.
4. Add any relevant stages.
5. 1. Click the + to add additional stages.

Example Stages

Example stages for the Confirmed tab are Deposit Invoice Sent or Payment Received. Consider adding helpful status stages within any tab, like Waiting on Client, Waiting on Supplier, and Waiting on Me.

Moving Files Between Stages

To move a File between stages, use the blue arrow icon to the right of the File, and select the desired stage.
