Why are only some of my images pulling through when I export to PDF?
Troubleshooting missing images when exporting to PDF.

The Save as PDF option only includes the primary images from Property and Area Pages. If you’d like to incorporate more images or customize the layout further, use the Export as Word Doc option instead and convert the file to a PDF from there.

Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. From the Itinerary or Lookbook tab when editing any Itinerary or Lookbook, click Save as Word Doc instead of Save as PDF.
  2. Open the generated Word document on your computer.
  3. Go to the File menu and select Save As or Export (depending on your Word version).
  4. Choose PDF as the file type and save your document as a PDF.

📌 Note: The specific steps may vary depending on your version of Microsoft Word and your operating system. Adjust settings as needed to ensure your document is formatted correctly.

Tips & Tricks 💥

  • You can further explore both the landscape and portrait modes when exporting to Word, as they incorporate images differently.
