How do I hide a card or section on a Travel Dashboard?
Hide cards or sections so clients only see what is ready for them.

Hiding a card or section gives you more control over what your client sees on their Travel Dashboard, and when they see it. You can build one comprehensive Travel Dashboard template with everything a client might need throughout their journey, then simply hide or reveal cards and sections as the trip progresses.

For example, you might:

  • Share an initial planning form and inspiration early in the process.
  • Reveal invoices and confirmation details once the trip is booked.
  • Add final documents and pre-departure information closer to travel.
  • Share a feedback form after the client returns.

Build it once, customize it as needed, and reveal the right information at exactly the right time.

👉 Hiding a card or section in a Travel Dashboard turns it off for everyone until you show it again. This is different from Card Visibility, which lets you choose which specific people in a group see a Travel Dashboard Card, using email addresses. Use Visibility when you are sharing one Dashboard with several people, but want certain cards to only show for some of them.
