Help! My Custom Form isn’t showing on my WIX website.

If your custom form is not displaying on your WIX website, this guide will walk you through how to get your form to display correctly.
📌 Note: Your embedded form will not be visible within the WIX editor. It can only be viewed on the published version of your website. This is a limitation of WIX's editing application.
Step-By-Step Instructions
- Open your form in Safari Portal. Navigate to the Share Form tab, click Embed, then click Edit Allowlist Websites.

- Add your website domain to the allowlist (Example:
https://www.yourcompany.com). - Add the URL of the page where your form will be embedded to the allowlist (Example:

- Close the allowlist. In the Embed tab, copy only the URL in the embed code.

- In the WIX editor, navigate to the page where you want to embed the form.
- Add a new Embed a site element to the page.

- Ensure Website Address is selected for the element. Then, paste the URL you copied from the form's embed code into the What's the website address? field.

- 📌 Note: The embed element will show an error. This is expected. Your embedded form will not be visible within the WIX editor. It can only be viewed on the published version of your website.

- Publish the website using the button in the top-right.
- In a new tab, go to the webpage that you embedded the form within (Example:
https://www.yourcompany.com/contact). Check that the form is being displayed correctly.

- The above process is unique to WIX websites. Follow separate instructions for other website editors.
- When embedding a form into your WIX website, you have two options:
- Responsive Widget: is intended for use on websites only.
- Fixed iFrame: can be used both in Safari Portal and on websites.

- If you are using the Fixed iFrame, you can resize the embedded element to adjust how the form is displayed on the page.
