How can I make the text larger on a proposal?
Export your proposal to Word, then increase the font size there.

If a traveler needs larger text in their Itinerary, Lookbook, or Guest Portal, you can export a bigger-print copy.

Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Click the Edit button next to the proposal.
  2. Go to the Itinerary tab.
  3. Click the Save button, then choose Save as Word.
  4. Pick a layout: Landscape, Landscape with More Photos, or Portrait. Then click Select.
  5. Click Download when the pop-up window appears.
  6. Open the file in Microsoft Word.
  7. Press Ctrl+A (Cmd+A on a Mac) to select all the text.
  8. Click the Increase Font Size button.
  9. Go to File, then Save As, then choose PDF.

No Microsoft Word? Use Google Drive Instead

  1. Go to drive.google.com and upload the Word file.
  2. Double-click the file, then click Open with Google Docs.
  3. Press Ctrl+A (Cmd+A on a Mac) to select all the text.
  4. Increase the font size.
  5. Go to File, then Download, then PDF Document.

Tips & Tricks 💥

  • This change only affects the new copy you export. Your original proposal and template stay the same.
