Why am I still getting notifications for a deactivated proposal?
Users can’t view deactivated proposals, but you’re still notified when they try.
You will still receive an email notification even if the link to an Itinerary, Lookbook, or Guest Portal has been deactivated. They won’t see the proposal — just a message stating it’s no longer available. The notification is simply to inform you of the attempted access.
