How do I add extra pages to the beginning or end of my Itinerary?
Adding contact info, visa requirements, and more to Itineraries.

One of the key benefits of using Safari Portal for creating Itineraries is the ability to include all the key details your clients need for their journey—such as travel schedules, hotel reservations, and planned activities. Need to add more details, like contact information, visa requirements, or important notes? No problem—adding extra pages to the beginning or end of your client’s Itinerary is quick and simple!

Before diving into how to add details to an Itinerary, we highly recommend exploring the Guest Portal functionality. One of its main advantages is keeping the detailed Itinerary separate from the essential information, ensuring everything stays well-organized and easy to access.

Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Open the Itinerary you want to add extra pages to.
  2. Navigate to the General Info tab.
  3. Scroll down to the section called Include Information Pages.
  4. You have the option to include any additional pages that you have already created in your Content Library either at the:
    1. Beginning (just after the Cover page)
    2. Middle (just after the Map page)
    3. End of the Itinerary (after the Costs page)
