How do I duplicate Itineraries and Lookbooks?
Duplicate Itineraries and Lookbooks in a few clicks.
You can duplicate an Itinerary or Lookbook to keep a record of what was previously sent, or to tweak a new version for the same client.
You can also duplicate an Itinerary or Lookbook to use as a starting point for a proposal for another client. However, you may want to look into setting up and using Itinerary Templates for this purpose.
Step-By-Step Instructions:
- From your Dashboard, locate the Itinerary or Lookbook you want to duplicate.
- Click the three dots next to the proposal.
- Select Duplicate.
- Click Confirm.
- This will take you to the General Info tab of the duplicated proposal.
- The word COPY will automatically be added to the Internal Itinerary Notes, but you can edit those notes to specify exactly what this version includes.

- We recommend updating the Internal Notes to reflect any changes made to the proposal, making it easier to identify from your Dashboard later.
- By default, the system will organize the duplicate Itinerary in the same File as the original.
- However, you can change where it lives by clicking the Internal Information dropdown and deleting the existing File name. Now, you can either re-assign it to an existing File or create a new File for it.
