How do I duplicate Itineraries and Lookbooks?
Duplicate Itineraries and Lookbooks in a few clicks.

You can duplicate an Itinerary or Lookbook to keep a record of what was previously sent, or to tweak a new version for the same client.

You can also duplicate an Itinerary or Lookbook to use as a starting point for a proposal for another client. However, you may want to look into setting up and using Itinerary Templates for this purpose.

Step-By-Step Instructions:

  1. From your Dashboard, locate the Itinerary or Lookbook you want to duplicate.
  2. Click the three dots next to the proposal.
  3. Select Duplicate.
  4. Click Confirm.
  5. This will take you to the General Info tab of the duplicated proposal.
    1. The word COPY will automatically be added to the Internal Itinerary Notes, but you can edit those notes to specify exactly what this version includes.

  • We recommend updating the Internal Notes to reflect any changes made to the proposal, making it easier to identify from your Dashboard later.
  • By default, the system will organize the duplicate Itinerary in the same File as the original.
  • However, you can change where it lives by clicking the Internal Information dropdown and deleting the existing File name. Now, you can either re-assign it to an existing File or create a new File for it.
