Can I filter Contacts by their travel history?
Learn how to filter contacts based on their travel activity.

You can use filter segments to identify Contacts based on their travel history. This is helpful for creating segments for outreach or marketing.

 

Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Contacts module.
  2. Select the filter icon in the upper-right.
  3. In the pop-up, scroll down to Travel History.
  4. Filter contacts as needed (e.g., travel status, country/countries, start date, end date).
    1. For example, you could filter for people who have been to Kenya but not Botswana.
      1. To apply multiple filters, click the + button.
      2. To apply an existing filter segment, select it from the dropdown menu or type the segment name into the search bar.
  5. Click Apply Filters.

 

 

How to Save or Remove Segments

  1. To save your filter segment, click the Save Segment icon in the top-left corner, just below the headers.
  2. Enter a segment name.
  3. Click Save.
    1. To delete a filter segment, go to Active Filters in the same location.
      1. Click the ✖️ next to the filter you'd like to remove.
      2. Or choose the Clear All option.

 

How to Use Filter Segments

  1. Click on the filter icon.
  2. Toggle on Start from Segment.
  3. Choose a filter segment from the dropdown.
    1. You can delete a filter segment by clicking on the trash can icon to the right of the segment name.
  4. Click Apply Filters.
