Learn how to add custom forms and offer travel insurance through the Make Bookable flow to collect the right information at the right time.
Step-By-Step Instructions
- From your Dashboard, click Edit next to the Itinerary or Lookbook you want to make bookable.
- Click the Make Bookable button on the Itinerary or Lookbook tab.
- On the Forms & Insurance tab, you can:
- Toggle on Require a Form.
- Select the relevant form from the dropdown.
- Without this feature enabled, clients will only be asked to provide their full name, email, and phone number.
- Toggle on Enable Travel Insurance.
- Requires a connected Redpoint integration and an active Redpoint account.
- Requires a connected Redpoint integration and an active Redpoint account.

What Your Clients Will See
- When completing the client-facing Make Bookable flow, clicking Add Guest on the Guests page will display the selected form.

- Once the form has been completed, the option to obtain a travel insurance quote will appear.

- If they choose to continue without requesting a travel insurance quote, the following notification will be displayed.
- They can either continue without insurance or request an insurance quote.
