How do I create and edit an email template when sharing proposals?
Save time by creating email templates that you can reuse when sending Itineraries, Lookbooks, or Guest Portals.

By using custom subject lines and email templates, you can create a more professional and efficient communication process when sharing Itineraries, Lookbooks, or Guest Portals with clients.

 

Create a Template

  1. Click the Share button next any Itinerary, Lookbook, or Guest Portal.
  2. Navigate to the Share Via Email tab.
  3. Under Add a Custom Message, customize your email's subject line and body.
  4. Toggle on Save as New Template.
    1. Name your template for easy reference.
  5. Click Save.

 

Set a Default Template

  1. Click the Share button next any Itinerary, Lookbook, or Guest Portal.
  2. Navigate to the Share Via Email tab.
  3. From the Select Template dropdown, hover over the relevant email template.
  4. Click the star icon.
  5. The star icon turns yellow ⭐ to indicate that it’s now your default email template.
    1. Once starred, this template will automatically be used as your default when sharing Itineraries or Lookbooks.
    2. To remove the template as your default, simply click the star icon ⭐ again.


 

Edit a Template

  1. Click the Share button next any Itinerary, Lookbook, or Guest Portal.
  2. Navigate to the Share Via Email tab.
  3. From the Select Template dropdown, choose the relevant template.
  4. The email’s subject line and message will automatically populate with the saved template information.
    1. To edit, make your changes to the subject line or email body.
  5. Click Update Template.

 

 

Tips & Tricks💥

  • When sharing a proposal, your Safari Portal login email can be automatically BCC’d so you always receive a copy in your inbox for easy reference.
  • While in editing mode, you can share an Itinerary, Lookbook, or Guest Portal using the Share icon.

 

 

  • Use the Deselect option if you no longer want to use the selected template and would like to choose a different template, create a new one, or write a custom message.
