Purpose: Provide a comprehensive daily itinerary for a client who wanted to know every little detail of what to expect.

- From your Itineraries dashboard, click Create New Itinerary, then select New from Template.
- Search for Singita and choose the Tanzania & Rwanda template.

- Next, select a file to organize the new itinerary or create a new one in the General Info tab. In the Details tab, you can add your own dates and make any necessary edits. See the example below.

Immersive India 🐯
Purpose: Showcase a structured, day-by-day itinerary format, with each day presented as a separate page.

How to Build
Skill Level: 🏋️ Intermediate to Advanced
Time to build: ⏰ 20 minutes
- Created two pages in the Content Library and added them via the General Info tab under “Information Pages from Content Library Section”:
- Guest Details: A blank template page categorized as a Miscellaneous page.
- Namaste Closing Page: Also categorized as a Miscellaneous page.
- In the Details tab:
- @mentioned only one page per row—either an area page, property page, or activity page.
- Added key notes about the activities for each day.
- Set each row as an Activity (instead of an Overnight Stay) to ensure dates display for one day only and to prevent the # of nights from appearing on the Overview page.
- Used blocks to add additional content to each page within the itinerary.

Summer in Spain 🌅
Purpose: Seamlessly integrate Content Library pages, structured activity events, and timeline-based scheduling to create a well-organized, visually cohesive travel plan.

- Created About Us and Terms & Conditions pages in the Content Library and added them via the General Info tab under “Information Pages from Content Library Section.”
- In the Details tab, flights, accommodations, and activity events were added using either the Timeline or Calendar section.
- Created a Madrid Tapas Tour page in the Content Library before building the itinerary, then added it as an activity on June 6th.
- Ensured check-out and check-in dates for different accommodations overlap to avoid unaccounted nights in the itinerary.
- Added Departure Day from the Content Library as an Activity Event on June 7th.

South Adriatic Experience 🌊
Purpose: Showcase a sample itinerary showcasing custom activities, restaurant suggestions, and some general information pages.

Purpose: Give an itinerary of iconic destinations with luxury accommodations, such as the Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater. Feature daily game drives, guided walking safaris, and cultural interactions with local communities.

How to Build

- Safari Costs, Malaria, and Terms & Conditions pages were first created in the Content Library and then added via the General Info tab under “Information Pages from Content Library Section.”
- In the Details tab, flights, accommodations, and activity events were added using either the Timeline or Calendar section.
- On November 5th and 8th, check-out and check-in dates for different accommodations were intentionally overlapped to ensure all nights were accounted for.

- The Calendar Builder automatically creates a page for each day. If there are no other events over a couple of days, they will be grouped together.

Your Galapagos Cruise 🚢
Purpose: An itinerary of a sample Galapagos cruise, full of daily activities.

How to Build

- Luggage guidelines and useful tips are pre-made pages in the Content Library and are added at the end of the itinerary.
