Help! My Custom Form isn’t showing on my Squarespace website.
Troubleshoot forms not appearing on your Wix or Squarespace site.

If you’re using Squarespace, you’ll need to make sure both versions of your website’s domain are added to the allowlist for your Custom Forms.

Add to site as a custom element

Squarespace use two different domains:

  • Squarespace
    • Your live website domain, such as https://www.yourcompany.com
    • Your Squarespace editor/preview domain, such as https://www.yourcompany.squarespace.com

⚠️ Important: Do not add any text after .com (e.g., about-us, contact-us).

When embedding a form into your Squarespace website, you have two options:

  • Responsive Widget: Is intended for use on websites only.
  • Fixed iFrame: Can be used both in Safari Portal and on websites.

📌 Note: When you edit your site in preview mode, Squarespace loads the editor version of the site, which has a different domain than your live website. If the Squarespace domain isn’t on your allowlist, your embedded form may not appear while you’re editing.
