How do I create an email template?
Create an email template to save time and stay consistent.
One of the most powerful features of the Task Manager is the ability to use email templates! There are two ways to create an email template:
From Your Templates Module
- Navigate to your Templates module.
- Click + Create New
- Enter the template name.
- Select Email from the dropdown.
- Click Create.
- The template will be saved in your Templates module on the Emails tab.

Within a Task
- Create an email task or change a pre-existing task into an email task .
- You can do this for a one-off task or a task template in your Task Set.
- Type a subject line into the Subject field and the email's content into the Body field.
- Turn on the Save as Template toggle.
- Type in a unique, descriptive name for the template in the Template Name field.
- Click the Update button.
