Why Youโ€™ll Love the Content Library

Instant Access to World-Class Travel Content

Tap into 10,000+ beautifully designed, ready-to-use property and destination pages featuring top hotels, lodges, camps, villas, and destinations around the world โ€” available instantly inside Safari Portal.

Each page can include:

  • Property overviews
  • Image slideshows and galleries
  • Experiences and activities
  • Room types with photos
  • Destination information
  • Fast facts and key highlights
  • Embedded PDFs, videos, maps, and more

Two Types of Content

Safari Portal Content

These are globally available pages created and curated by the Safari Portal team and approved supplier partners.

Safari Portal pages are marked with a purple triangle in the Content Library.

You can:

  • Use them immediately in proposals, itineraries, dashboards, and lookbooks
  • Duplicate them into your own account and customize them however youโ€™d like

You cannot directly edit the original Safari Portal version.

Once duplicated, the page becomes your own independent version with no synchronization to the original Safari Portal page.

Your Own Content

Create completely custom pages that are unique to your business, brand, and workflows.

Build reusable pages for:

  • Introductory notes
  • Destination guides
  • Tours and activities
  • Restaurants
  • Terms and conditions
  • Next steps
  • Packing lists
  • And more

Customize or Create โ€” Your Way

Duplicate existing pages and tailor them with:

  • Your own recommendations
  • Custom copy and branding
  • Additional media
  • Internal notes
  • Supplier-specific details
  • Team operational information

Or build exactly what you need from scratch using the flexible page builder.

Every Page Includes Its Own Resource Hub

Each Content Library page has an associated Resource page designed to support your team operationally behind the scenes.

Resources are tied directly to their content page, helping keep information organized and streamlined.

Your team can store internal operational information such as:

  • Internal notes
  • Site inspection photos
  • Supplier contacts
  • Documents and reference materials
  • Availability links
  • Operational details
  • Team-only media and resources

These internal resources are not automatically client-facing.

For example, your team may upload internal inspection photos or operational supplier notes that are visible only to your organization while maintaining a polished client-facing page experience.

Create Faster With Built-In AI

Instantly generate:

  • Property descriptions
  • Introductory copy
  • Destination overviews
  • Draft content sections

Use generative AI to create a quick starting point that you can then personalize and refine.

Total Creative Flexibility

Use the element library to build rich, dynamic pages with:

  • Videos
  • Icons
  • Accordions
  • Slideshows
  • Photo grids
  • Image galleries
  • Custom maps
  • Embedded PDFs
  • Spotify playlists
  • And more

Build pages that feel fully branded and immersive โ€” not just informational.

Build Once, Use Everywhere

Once a page lives in your Content Library, you can reuse it across:

  • Itineraries
  • Lookbooks
  • Travel Dashboards
  • Guest Portals
  • Templates
  • Even within other Content Pages

If you later update a synced page, those updates can automatically flow everywhere the page is used โ€” helping ensure your content stays accurate and current.

Designed for Both Creativity and Operations

The Content Library is designed to serve both:

  • beautiful client-facing storytelling, and
  • the operational needs of modern travel businesses

This means your team can maintain centralized operational knowledge while still delivering polished, elevated client experiences.
