
There are a few different ways to add activities to your itinerary when using the Classic Builder.
Option 1: Add an Activity Page to Your Itinerary
Follow these steps to include an Activity Page in your itinerary:
- Pull in an Existing Activity Page
- On the Details tab of the itinerary creation flow, use the @ symbol to search for and add an Activity Page by its name or tags.
- Create a New Activity Page
- Alternatively, use the +Create New option to build a new Activity Page directly within the itinerary creation flow.
- Be sure to upload a primary image on the left side to enhance the page’s visual appeal.
This approach allows you to seamlessly integrate customized Activity Pages into your itinerary.

Option 2: Add Activity Information to the Travel Brief Overview, Without Pulling in a Standalone Page
You can also outline daily activities directly within the Details tab of the itinerary creation flow, allowing them to appear in the Travel Brief Overview without linking to a standalone page.
- Edit or Add a Line Item
- Open the Details tab and either edit an existing line item or create a new one.
- Choose Content Type
- Set the content type to Activity.
- Select a Date
- Specify the date when the activity will occur.

- Enter the activity information as needed, ensuring all relevant details are included.

This is a quick and simple way to include daily activities in your itinerary.

Option 3: Create and Use a Daily Summary Page
This approach allows you to include detailed daily activity information on a separate page while keeping the Travel Brief Overview focused on high-level details.
1. Create a Daily Summary Page
- Go to your Content Library and create a blank Daily Summary Page.
- Select either an Activity Page or a Miscellaneous Page as the page type, depending on your preference.
2. Pull the Page into the Itinerary
- In the General Info tab of the itinerary creation flow, find the Information Pages from Content Library section.
- Search for and add the Daily Summary Page you created.
- Position the page at the beginning or middle of the itinerary, depending on whether you want it displayed before or after the Travel Brief.
3. Populate the Page with Details
- Navigate to the Itinerary tab and use the blank Daily Summary Page to add detailed information about daily activities.
This method provides flexibility for organizing and presenting daily activity details while keeping high-level overviews concise and separate.
