What are Internal File Notes?
Learn how to add searchable notes about entire Files.

The Internal File Notes field on your Dashboard is the ideal place to store high-level notes that apply to an entire File. This helps you stay organized and ensures important trip details are easily accessible.


Examples of Internal Itinerary Notes might include:

    • The date last modified
    • The version of the proposal
    • What accommodations or activities are included in the proposal


Add or View Internal File Notes

Once you've created an Itinerary or Lookbook, you can view Internal File Notes on the Dashboard.




Tips & Tricks 💥

  • Internal File Notes will remain with the File, even as its status changes in your sales pipeline.
  • Internal File Notes can also be searched by using the search bar on your Dashboard.
  • Notes about individual Itineraries or Lookbooks are best placed in Internal Itinerary Notes.
