What are Internal File Notes?

The Internal File Notes field on your Files Dashboard is the ideal place to store high-level notes that apply to an entire File. This helps you stay organized and ensures important trip details are easily accessible.
Examples of Internal File Notes might include:
- The client's referral source
- The overall trip budget
- The general travel window
- The number of travelers
Add or View Internal File Notes
Open the File you want to add notes to by clicking Open File Details, then click Notes in the right-hand navigation panel. Type your note in the text box and click Add Note. You can view or add additional notes here at any time.
Tips & Tricks 💥
- Internal File Notes will remain with the File, even as its status changes in your sales pipeline.
- Internal File Notes can also be searched by using the search bar on your Files Dashboard.
- Notes about individual Itineraries or Lookbooks are best placed in those items' internal notes.
