Quick Takeaways
- Rachel gave the first real look at Superbuilder, starting with the Content Library, and closed with a surprise nobody had been told about in advance.
- The Content Library and Resource Library are merging. Every content page โ Safari Portal's or your own โ gets a Resources button that opens a resource hub with internal documents, purple-triangle-marked Safari Portal materials, and your own uploads.
- Contacts link directly to content pages. Attach a supplier contact either as a "for travelers" contact (client-facing) or an internal reference. Once itinerary Superbuilder ships, those contacts will pull automatically into the matching event on a Calendar Builder itinerary.
- Content pages also get a media tab and internal notes. Team-only fam trip photos live alongside client-facing ones, and operational knowledge now sits right next to the client-facing content instead of somewhere else entirely.
- Nothing you already know stops working. Superbuilder rebuilds the platform underneath, not the workflow on top โ autosave, publish-when-ready, drag-free section reordering, duplicate/delete, and PDF export are all still there.
- Two people can safely edit the same page at once. Autosave means no more overwriting a teammate's changes, and you'll see a live avatar showing where on the page they're working โ Notion-style presence.
- AI writes the page for you. Import from a PDF or paste in a URL and Superbuilder researches, drafts, and formats the page automatically, pulling in text and images โ works similarly to how Magic Import already builds itineraries from a PDF today. Currently covers areas, activities, and properties; room type doesn't pull in yet.
- Locations are optional now. Building a page for something that doesn't have one fixed place โ a cruise that moves, for example โ no longer forces you to pick a location.
- Rolling out over the next one to two weeks, in phases, so some accounts will see the new Content Library before others.
- From the Q&A. Itinerary and lookbook Superbuilder is coming after content pages, with its own dedicated webinars. Multi-language AI generation is on the roadmap via Themes brand tone and voice, but the first release is English-only. DMC/advisor collaboration on a shared itinerary will support live co-editing with permissions and an audit log, not just a copy hand-off.
- ๐ The surprise: Today dashboard, live as of this webinar. A new operational hub โ a rotating daily quote, snoozable overdue/due tasks, recent form submissions, a permissions-based glance at overdue and upcoming payments, trips traveling now and departing within 7 days, a customizable world clock, and passport-expiry and birthday reminders (with a callout for milestone birthdays) pulled from your Contacts module. Read more in Today Dashboard.
- ๐ Reminder: the Travel Dashboard Showcase is still open for voting โ closes Wednesday, August 19th, one vote per person.
