Can I cancel or pause my Safari Portal Subscription?
Manage your Safari Portal subscription.
While Safari Portal does not currently offer a pause function, the Account Admin can cancel a subscription at any time. If you choose to return later, your Lookbooks, Itineraries, and content will still be available to you once your account is reactivated.
⚠️ Important: While your account is unpaid, your Itineraries and Lookbooks will not be accessible.
Step-By-Step Instructions
- Go to your Account Settings.
- Select the Subscription tab.
- Click Cancel Account.
