Looking to enhance your proposals with interactive content? Here's a list of sites and widgets that work with Safari Portal's iFrame element, divided by function.

 

Trip Countdowns

Tick Counter - Use TickCounter to embed a sleek trip countdown timer that builds excitement and lets your clients see exactly how many days are left until their adventure begins.

  1. Customize your countdown.
  2. Once you're happy with it, click Make Countdown.
  3. Click Switch to iframe.
  4. Click the green Copy button.
  5. In your Safari Portal proposal, open the Element Library and insert an iFrame.
  6. In the second pop-up tab, Embed Code, paste the code you copied, then click Insert.

 

Currency Converter

 

Wise Currency Converter - Embed Wise’s currency converter to give clients real-time exchange rates directly within your proposal. It's clean, accurate, and easy to use.

  1. Select the two currencies to convert between, and choose any other customization options.
  2. Click Get the Code, then Copy.
  3. In your Safari Portal proposal, open the Element Library and insert an iFrame.
  4. In the second pop-up tab, Embed Code, paste the code you copied, then click Insert.

 

Weather

 

Common Ninja Weather Widget - This customizable widget looks fantastic in Safari Portal. It does require creating a free account to utilize.

  1. Create a new weather widget.
  2. Copy the widget's Share link.
  3. In your Safari Portal proposal, open the Element Library and insert an iFrame.
  4. In the first pop-up tab, Enter Link, paste the link, then click Insert.

 

 

Ventusky - Embed a live weather map from Ventusky to give clients a dynamic view of temperature, wind, and precipitation at their destination.

 

  1. Search your client's location in the search bar at the top right.
  2. Select the type of information you'd like displayed in the map using the settings in the bottom left.
  3. Copy the URL of the webpage.
  4. In your Safari Portal proposal, open the Element Library and insert an iFrame.
  5. In the first pop-up tab, Enter Link, paste the link, then click Insert.

 

 

Weather & Radar - Design and personalize your own widget to keep your travelers instantly informed with real-time forecasts.

 

  1. Enter a Location
  2. Enter the formatting options
  3. Copy the HTML code.
  4. In your Safari Portal proposal, open the Element Library and insert an iFrame.
  5. In the second pop-up tab, Embed Code, paste the HTML code, then click Insert.

 

Scheduling

Calendly - Embed your meeting link to let clients easily schedule a call or consultation directly from your proposal.

 

  1. Go to your Calendly booking page.
  2. In the top-right corner, copy the link to the booking page.
  3. In your Safari Portal proposal, open the Element Library and insert an iFrame.
  4. In the first pop-up tab, Enter Link, paste the link, then click Insert.

 

Information

Notion - Embed a Notion board to share live trip planning updates, task checklists, or collaborative ideas directly within your proposal.

 

  1. On the Notion page you'd like to embed, click the Share button in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to the Publish tab and click Publish.
  3. Select the Embed this page option and click Copy code.
  4. In your Safari Portal proposal, open the Element Library and insert an iFrame.
  5. In the second pop-up tab, Embed Code, paste the code you copied, then click Insert.

Aesthetic

 

Giphy - GIFs are a fun way to add personality and grab attention in your proposals. They're perfect for setting the tone, adding humor, or emphasizing a moment.

 

  1. On Giphy, search for and click on the GIF you want to use.
  2. On the left-hand side of the screen, click Embed, then Copy code.


  3. In your Safari Portal proposal, open the Element Library and insert an iFrame.
  4. In the second pop-up tab, Embed Code, paste the code you copied, then click Insert.

 

 

Spotify - Create and embed a custom playlist for your guests that encapsulates their trip!

 

  1. Go to your playlist.
  2. Click the three dots next to the play button.
  3. From the dropdown, click Share, then select Embed playlist.
  4. Customize your playlist's look, then click Copy.
  5. In your Safari Portal proposal, open the Element Library and insert an iFrame.
  6. In the second pop-up tab, Embed Code, paste the code you copied, then click Insert.
