Help! I deleted a File. How can I recover it?
How to restore a deleted File.

If you accidentally deleted a File, don’t worry — you can restore it in a few quick steps.


Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Recently Deleted tab on your Dashboard.
  2. Click the Restore button next to the relevant File to restore the whole File, or expand the File and restore only specific proposals.
  3. Verify or cancel your request to restore the File.


⚠️ Important:

  • Deleted Files are retained for 30 days. After that period, the Files will be permanently removed.


Tips & Tricks 💥

  • If there are any tasks, form submissions, invoices, expenses, or chats associated with the deleted File, they will also be deleted. However, these items can be restored if the File is recovered within 30 days.
  • You cannot delete a File if it has any paid payments associated with it.
