How do I export my Itinerary, Lookbook, or Guest Portal as a PDF?
Step-by-step guide to exporting your proposals and Guest Portals as a PDF.

You can quickly export any Itinerary, Lookbook, or Guest Portal as a PDF. Here's how:

Export an Itinerary or Lookbook as a PDF

  1. Click the Edit button next to any Itinerary or Lookbook.
  2. Go to the Itinerary or Lookbook tab.
  3. From the Save button, choose Save as PDF.
  4. In the modal, select whether to export the PDF with or without images.
  5. In the same modal, use the dropdown to select the pages you want to include. You can choose as many or as few as you like.
    1. Leave the dropdown blank to export all pages.
  6. Click Download.

⚠️ Important: Page selection in the export modal is available for Itineraries and Lookbooks, but not for Guest Portals or Travel Dashboards.

Download a PDF from the Files Dashboard

You don't have to open the editor to download a PDF. From the Files Dashboard, you can save an Itinerary or Lookbook as a PDF directly.

  1. Expand the relevant File.
  2. Under Records, find the Itinerary or Lookbook.
  3. Click the three-dot icon in that row's Actions column.
  4. Choose Save as PDF.
  5. The same Download PDF window opens as described above. Choose With Images or Without Images, select specific pages if you'd like, and click Download.

⚠️ Important: This shortcut is only available for Itineraries and Lookbooks, not for Guest Portals or Travel Dashboards.

Export a Guest Portal as a PDF

  1. Click the Edit button next to the Guest Portal.
  2. Go to the Guest Portal tab.
  3. From the Save button, select Save as PDF from the dropdown.
  4. In the pop-up, click the Yes button if you'd like to save the PDF with images.
    1. Otherwise, click the No button for a text-only PDF.
  5. The PDF will begin generating, indicated by the notification in the bottom-right corner.
  6. Click Save to my device when the pop-up window appears.

Tips and Tricks 💥

  • Pages hidden via the table of contents won't be exported. If pages aren't appearing in your PDF, double-check they're not hidden.
  • To show specific pages of a Guest Portal in a PDF, hide any pages you don't want to include and export, with or without images.
  • If you want more control over how your export appears, export your Itinerary, Lookbook, or Guest Portal as a Microsoft Word document, then save that document as a PDF.
