How do I export my Itinerary, Lookbook, or Guest Portal as a PDF?
Step-by-step guide to exporting your proposals and Guest Portals as a PDF.
You can quickly export any Itinerary, Lookbook, or Guest Portal as a PDF. Here's how:
Export an Itinerary or Lookbook as a PDF
- Click the Edit button next to any Itinerary or Lookbook.
- Go to the Itinerary or Lookbook tab.
- From the Save button, choose Save as PDF.
- In the modal, select whether to export the PDF with or without images.
- In the same modal, use the dropdown to select the pages you want to include. You can choose as many or as few as you like.
- Leave the dropdown blank to export all pages.
- Click Download.
⚠️ Important: Page selection in the export modal is available for Itineraries and Lookbooks, but not for Guest Portals.

Export a Guest Portal as a PDF
- Click the Edit button next to the Guest Portal.
- Go to the Guest Portal tab.
- From the Save button, select Save as PDF from the dropdown.
- In the pop-up, click the Yes button if you'd like to save the PDF with images.
- Otherwise, click the No button for a text-only PDF.
- The PDF will begin generating, indicated by the notification in the bottom-right corner.
- Click Save to my device when the pop-up window appears.

Tips and Tricks 💥
- Pages hidden via the table of contents won't be exported. If pages aren't appearing in your PDF, double-check they're not hidden.
- To show specific pages of a Guest Portal in a PDF, hide any pages you don't want to include and export, with or without images.
- If you want more control over how your export appears, export your Itinerary, Lookbook, or Guest Portal as a Microsoft Word document, then save that document as a PDF.
