You can now see which travelers have the Travel Portal app or your custom app installed — both from the Travelers tab within an expanded File and from the Contacts module. Here’s how:
Step-By-Step Instructions
View on the Travelers Tab:
- Expand the relevant File.
- Click the Open File Details tab.
- Select the Travelers tab from the right-hand navigation.
- Or view on the main page of the Contacts module:

- When the app has been installed, the phone icon will turn blue.
- Hovering over the blue phone icon will display which app they have installed.
