How do I download passports submitted through a Guest Portal?

There are three ways to download passports submitted through a Guest Portal: from inside the Guest Portal, via email, or from a guest's contact profile. Here's how:

 

Step-By-Step Instructions

Download Passports from the Guest Portal

  1. Click Edit on the Guest Portal containing the passports you wish to download.
  2. Navigate to the Guest Portal tab.
  3. Scroll down to the Travel Wallet section.
  4. Check the boxes next to the passports you want to download.
  5. Click the blue Download button in the top-right corner to save the selected passports.

Download Passports via Email

  1. On your Dashboard, find the File containing the passports you want to download.
  2. Click the Send Info button.
  3. In the pop-up window, input your email address in the Email field.
  4. Check the box for Passports, Travel Insurance, and Miscellaneous.
  5. Click the Send button.
    1. The selected guest information, including passports, will be emailed to you!

Download Passports from a Contact Profile

  1. Go to the Contacts module.
  2. Find the relevant contact and click Profile.
  3. Open the Documents tab.
  4. Click the pencil icon next to the passport.
  5. Select Download.
