How can I keep a history of past versions of proposals that I've shared?
Easily keep a version history without resharing links.

Safari Portal doesn’t support version control, but you can easily save past versions within a single File if you need to keep a record of what was previously created or shared. Here's how:

Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Share the original Itinerary, Lookbook, or Guest Portal.
  2. Then duplicate the Itinerary, Lookbook, or Guest Portal you want to modify.

  3. The word COPY will automatically be added to the duplicate's Internal File Notes.
    1. Change this to ORIGINAL, a version number, or the last edit date.

4. Save the duplicate and return to your Dashboard.

5. Make your edits to the original proposal (not the copy that you just edited the notes for).

  1. This ensures your client only needs to refresh their link to see the edits, but you still have the history saved if you need to refer back to it.
