Help! I can’t find an Itinerary or Lookbook.
Find missing Lookbooks and Itineraries.
Here are some easy tips to help you locate missing Lookbooks and Itineraries.
Before You Begin
- If you have a link to a proposal and it opens successfully, this is good news! It means that the proposal is still active and exists somewhere within your account.
- If the link displays a 404 error when accessed, the Itinerary has been deleted from your Dashboard and no longer exists.
- You can check the Recently Deleted tab in case it was deleted within 30 days; as it can then be restored.
- Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to view Files created by any user within your account. If not, please contact your Account Admin to update your settings.
- Also, check that the File Owner filter is not active. If a consultant is selected here, you will only be able to see their files.
If You Have a Link
Search by Proposal Title
- Open the link to the Itinerary.
- Look for the Proposal Title on the cover page.
- Depending on whether you used Calendar or Classic Builder and your settings, the title could be on the right or left side of the page.
- Once you know the title, search for it on your Dashboard.
Search by "Prepared For"
- View the Itinerary link again.
- Check the Cover Page to see if it says who it was prepared for
- You can also look at the URL to see if the names who it's been prepared for are part of the link.
- Once you know who it was been prepared for, search for that on your Dashboard.
If You Don't Have a Link
Search individual words or fragments
If searching something like "2026 Italian honeymoon" doesn’t work, try smaller pieces, like "Italy" or even "moon."
Search for words in your Internal File and Itinerary Notes
Internal File Notes and Internal Itinerary Notes are searchable. If you remember specific phrases or words you used, try searching for them!
