Help! I can't log in to Safari Portal.
Follow these simple steps to resolve login issues and get back to building beautiful content.

There are Itineraries to make, but you can't log into Safari Portal? Don't worry; it's a quick fix. You'll be back to making beautiful trip pages in no time.

Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Check your email and password for spaces.
  2. Refresh the page.
  3. Close all browser windows, then open a new window.
  4. Clear your browser's cache.
      • For Google Chrome
      • For Safari
      • For other browsers
  5. Log in on a different browser.
  6. Reach out to our support team.

Step 1: Check your email and password for spaces

If you copy and paste your email or password, sometimes your system adds a space after or before. Be sure to double check there are no extra spaces in your email or password fields.

Step 2: Refresh the Page

Try hitting the refresh button on your browser to reload the page (or selecting the URL, then pressing enter). Then, try logging in once more.

Step 3: Close all browser windows, then open a new one

Sometimes, a fresh start is all it takes. Closing all your browser tabs, then opening a fresh browser window can prompt your browser to install updates or reset a malfunctioning extension.

Step 4: Clear Safari Portal from your browser's cache

A browser's cache is like its short-term memory. The cache saves parts of a website on your computer, so the next time you visit, the site loads faster. Deleting this cache can resolve issues with web pages.

For Google Chrome

  1. Click the three vertical dots in the top-right of your browser window.

  2. From the dropdown, select Delete browsing data ...

  3. In the pop-up that appears, select All time from the dropdown. Uncheck Browsing history and Cookies and other site data . Cached images and files should be the only item checked.

  4. Click Delete data.
  5. Navigate back to Safari Portal, reload the page, and try logging in again.

For Safari

  1. Click Safari in the left-hand corner. Choose Settings .

  2. Go to the Privacy tab, then click Manage Website Data .

  3. Search account.safariportal.app . Select it, then click Remove.

  4. Navigate back to Safari Portal, reload the page, and try logging in again.

For Other Browsers

There are so many other browsers. Our guide would be a textbook if we included them all here!

To find out how to clear the cache for a browser not mentioned here, use your preferred search engine and look up "How to clear cache for [your browser]." Many excellent guides online will show you how to clear your cache step by step.

Step 5: Log in on a different browser

Try logging in on a completely different browser than the one you're using now (for example, if you usually use Google Chrome, try logging in on Microsoft Edge) and see if the problem persists.

If you can log in using a different browser, the issue may not be with Safari Portal. It may be with the browser itself. Try restarting your computer or manually checking your browser for updates. Try seeing if your computer has any pending updates and install those. Or, if all else fails...

Step 6: Reach out to our support team.

We're here to help! Send an email to [email protected] describing your issue and what you've tried so far. We'll get you back to creating beautiful content in no time.
