The Timeline View (the left side) and the Calendar View (the right side) of the Details tab are designed to work in tandem. You can add events from either view, but you can only arrange the order of events on any given day from the Timeline View.

Pro tip: It is also advisable to read through the Timeline View (left side) before moving on to the Costs and Itinerary tabs.

Step-By-Step Instructions:

To rearrange the order of events on any individual day:

• From the Timeline View on the left-hand side of your Details Tab,
• • Click the six dots to the right of the event you want to rearrange and drag the event to the desired position
  • Note: you can only rearrange the order of events within a given day. To move an event to another day, use the Calendar View.
    

As soon as you click Save, the itinerary will automatically update to reflect the new changes. This will be shown on both the Travel Brief and the Day page on the itinerary.
