How can I create a custom URL?
How you can create and use custom URLs effectively.

A custom URL is a shortened, personalized link that can be used to redirect to a specific Itinerary or Lookbook. Examples of a custom URL are:

Long, original URL: https://www.your-company-name.com/pages/itineraries/africa/jeremy-jones-3986498436587436847039

Shorter, custom URL: https://www.your-company-name.com/jones-safari

What are the Benefits of Custom URLs?

Longer URLs often look unprofessional and may appear less trustworthy. Shorter, custom URLs provide a polished, professional way to share your proposals. They are easier to remember, share, and improve your brand recognition, especially because they're combined with custom domains.

How to Set Up a Custom URL for Individual Proposals

Before you're able to customize your links, your account admin must configure your custom domain. Follow these instructions to set up your custom domain.

Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Lookbook or Itinerary you want to share.
  2. Click the Share button on your Dashboard.
    1. Or the Share icon while editing the proposal.
  3. Go to the Copy Link tab.
  4. Click into the text field containing the auto-generated URL.
  5. Edit the auto-generated slug at the end of the URL (e.g., /africa-safari-10985034975) to something more specific and branded (e.g., /jones-safari).
  6. Click the Save button to save the changes to the URL.
  7. Click the Copy button to copy the custom URL to your clipboard.
    1. You can now share it via email, text, or WhatsApp.
