If you've added a form to a Travel Dashboard and the submitted responses didn't automatically attach to the file, don't worry — this usually happens because the form was not configured to automatically attach submissions to a file.
Why didn't the responses attach?
When creating or editing a form, there is an option to automatically attach form responses to a file. If this setting is not enabled, submissions will still be collected successfully, but they will not be automatically linked to the associated trip file.
Where can I find the responses?
You can always find all submitted responses by navigating to:
Forms → Select the Form → Submissions
From the Submissions tab, click the three dots (...) next to the submission to move the response to a file manually.
How do I attach the response to a file?
- Navigate to the form's Submissions tab.
- Locate the submission you want to attach.
- Click the three dots (...).
- Select Move to File.
- Choose the appropriate file.
What about the travelers?
Moving a form response to a file will attach the submission itself to the selected file and will also automatically attach any relevant travelers to the file as well.
