How do I CC or BCC someone on an email?
Add additional recipients to keep others informed
You can easily CC and BCC any emails you send via Safari Portal.
Here's How It Works:
- Anyone you add as a recipient will get their own standalone email.
- Anyone you add as BCC or CC will be BCC'd or CC'ed into those emails.
- If you would like to send a single email to a group, enter one primary recipient and add the remaining recipients in the CC field. This will send one email to all listed recipients.
- When the BCC me when I use "Send via Email" option is enabled in your account settings, your name and email will automatically populate the BCC field.
For Example, If You Enter:
Recipients:
John Doe, Jane Doe
CC:
Rachel West, Jackson West
- John will receive an email addressed to him, with Rachel and Jackson CC’ed.
- Jane will receive a separate email addressed to her, also with Rachel and Jackson CC’ed.
If You Enter:
Recipient:
John Doe
CC:
Jane Doe, Rachel West, Jackson West
- John will receive an email addressed to him, with Jane, Rachel, and Jackson CC’ed.
