If you already shared a Guest Portal and want your traveler to use a Travel Dashboard instead, here is how to make the switch.

Step-By-Step Instructions

1. From your Files Dashboard, expand the File, click the three dots next to the Guest Portal, and select Deactivate Link. See Can I make a proposal link no longer viewable? for more details.
2. Create a Travel Dashboard in the same File and build it the way you want your traveler to see it.
3. If your traveler already filled out a form in the Guest Portal, their old answers do not carry over to a new Travel Dashboard Form Card automatically.
4. 1. When you set up the Form Card, select the form, then add your traveler under Travelers List. This pre-fills their Smart Fields from their Contact Profile.
   2. Regular fields and the signature do not prepopulate, so some information may need to be resubmitted on the Form Card.
5. Share the Travel Dashboard using Share via Email. Send it to the email address your traveler uses for the Travel Portal app if your clients use the app.

Tips & Tricks 💥

• Deactivating the link keeps the Guest Portal in your File, so you can still reactivate it later if you need to.
• If you are sure you will never need the Guest Portal again, you can delete it instead of deactivating it.
