Quick Takeaways

  • In this webinar, Safari Portal previewed three major updates: the new Templates Module, the evolved Content Library, and Travel Dashboards, the next generation of Guest Portals.
  • The new Templates Module centralizes Itinerary, Lookbook, invoice, Guest Portal, email, and miscellaneous templates in one place, making it easier to organize, manage, and share templates across teams.
  • Templates can now be created directly from the Templates Module without first creating a sample Itinerary, invoice, or Lookbook. Team-wide template sharing is permission-based and supports folder organization.
  • The Content Library and Resource Library are being merged into a single experience, allowing internal notes, supplier contacts, documents, media, live availability links, and inspection photos to be managed alongside client-facing content.
  • Content pages can now be linked to contacts in the Contacts Module, helping teams connect suppliers, partner agents, emergency contacts, and other key resources directly to relevant content.
  • Travel Dashboards are now live and provide a flexible way to share Itineraries, Lookbooks, forms, invoices, documents, insurance quotes, and trip information in one centralized hub.
  • Travel Dashboards can be created before a trip is confirmed, shared via open link or one-time passcode, and updated over time so clients can continue using a single dashboard throughout the travel planning process.
  • Travel Dashboards support fully customizable layouts with drag-and-drop cards, personalized branding, custom fonts, design settings, and support for both Safari Portal and custom-branded mobile apps.
  • Forms added to Travel Dashboards can sync directly to trip Files, automatically create traveler records, collect signatures, and notify advisors when submissions are updated.
  • Additional enhancements are on the roadmap, including Travel Dashboard templates, view tracking, notification alerts, Super Builder integration, printable content pages, Classic Builder flight support, and a new messaging automation feature currently in development.
