How do I set a default email template for when I'm sharing proposals?
Steps to set your default email template when sending proposals.
To set a specific email template as your default for when you share Itineraries, Lookbooks, and Guest Portals, follow the steps below:
Step-By-Step Instructions
- Open the Share modal.
- Select Share via Email.
- From the Select Template dropdown, hover over the relevant email template.
- Click the star icon.
- The star icon turns yellow ⭐ to indicate that it’s now your default email template.
- The star icon turns yellow ⭐ to indicate that it’s now your default email template.
Once starred, this template will automatically be used as your default when sharing Itineraries or Lookbooks. To remove the template as your default, simply click the star icon again.
