If you're using a tall photo in the Image Element, it may not fit the default frame size. Cropping can cut off part of the top or bottom, leaving the photo incomplete. Turn on the setting Show the full image without zooming in, and the photo displays in full instead.

How to Turn On The Setting

1. Open the Content Page with the photo you want to fix.
2. Hover over the Image Element. A small toolbar appears in the corner, with icons to reorder, edit, adjust settings, duplicate, or delete the photo.
3. Click the gear icon. Hovering over it shows the label Settings.
4. In the Image Settings window, select Show the full image without zooming in.
5. Click Save.
   

What Each Setting Looks Like

• Off (the default): the photo fills its frame, full width, with the extra height cropped off.
• On: you see the entire photo, top to bottom and side to side. Instead of cutting off the edges to fit the frame, Safari Portal scales the whole photo down so it fits in one piece.

• This is a good fix for portrait-oriented photos, since the default crop can cut off both the top and the bottom.
