It is possible to export specific pages from a Guest Portal, such as the Trip Manifest or Travel Brief and flight details, without exporting the entire document as a PDF or Word doc.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Navigate to the inline editor (the last tab) of your Guest Portal.
- From the Table of Contents on the left-hand side, you'll see a list of pages included in your Guest Portal. Look for the pages you don't want to include in your download and click on the eye icon to hide them.
- After hiding the unnecessary pages, save the document as a PDF or Word doc.
- Once downloaded, go back to the Table of Contents and unhide the pages you previously hid.
