Whether you're uploading multiple photos to an Itinerary or Lookbook, or just trying to keep your desktop organized, copying and pasting images into Safari Portal is a fast and hassle-free way to get the job done.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. To replace the Primary Image on the left, click the Replace Photo button to launch the Image Selector window.
Or, on the right side of the page, hover over any image element, and click on the Images icon to access the Image Selector window from here.

2. In another browser window or tab, right-click the image you want to copy and select Copy Image.
3. Return to Safari Portal, and in the Image Selector window, click into the Or, Paste Image Here field in the top right.
4. Right-click and choose Paste, or use the keyboard shortcut (Ctrl + V on Windows, Cmd + V on Mac).

Tips & Tricks 💥
- You can copy images from your web browser, desktop, or other applications like PDFs or Microsoft Word.
- Copy-pasting supports a wider range of file types, including .svg and .webp, which aren't available through regular image uploads.
- Copy-paste supports images under 5 MB. Resize the image if needed, then try pasting it again.
- While you can add .gif files, Safari Portal does not support animation—GIFs will appear as static images.
