How can I update my email address or transfer a seat to another user?
Follow these steps to update a Safari Portal login email address.

Need to update a user's Safari Portal login email or transfer a seat to another user? (This is also the email address where they'll receive all Safari Portal notifications.) Here’s how to make the change in a few easy steps:


Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of Safari Portal.
  2. Select Settings from the dropdown.
  3. Click on the Personal tab.
  4. Under the Personal Settings section, click the Change Email button.
  5. Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
  6. In the Change Email modal:
    1. Enter the new email address you'd like to use.
    2. Enter your current Safari Portal password.
      1. Your password will not change during this process.
  7. Click Continue.


8. We’ll send a confirmation email to your new email address with a link to verify the change.

    1. The confirmation link is valid for 24 hours.
    2. Once verification is complete, you’ll be prompted to log into Safari Portal using the new email address and current password.
