• Rachel walked through what's already new in Travel Dashboards, what's coming next, our first-ever Travel Dashboard competition, and a note on the future of Guest Portals.
• Improved passcode protection. You can now passcode protect a Travel Dashboard at any stage. Toggle on "protect access with a one-time passcode," add approved emails to the allow list, and share the same link freely — approved guests verify their identity with a one-time passcode to get in.
• Share by link, keep it private. Guests can pass the Dashboard on to others, who then request access; you approve right from the email — no need to log in. The allow list shows each person's status as passcode pending or has access, so you can see who has actually opened it.
• How the passcode behaves. Guests aren't re-prompted on a browser they've already used (similar to your bank), and are never prompted inside the Travel Portal app, since the app already authenticates them. Sharing by email also preloads the Dashboard into the client's app — even if they download it weeks later with that same email.
• More theme customization. The new Themes button lets you customize Dashboard themes with a primary and secondary font, a round-logo option, and a custom header color. Custom template fonts appear at the bottom of the font list. Create as many themes as you like — default themes are coming soon.
• Themes are just getting started. This is the first taste of themes in Safari Portal. A themes library is coming in the next few weeks for forms and invoices, and with Super Builder, for Itineraries and Lookbooks too.
• New Travel Brief card. The old flights card is now the Travel Brief card for Calendar Builder Itineraries. Choose exactly what to show — the whole travel brief, or just flights, transportation, or accommodation — so you can build a "trip in brief" section with several focused cards.
• A cleaner mobile experience. On mobile, cards now collapse to their titles so guests can scan and tap to expand — much less scrolling on Dashboards with lots of cards.
• Coming soon — activity logs. Soon you'll see when clients view a Travel Dashboard, just like you can with Itineraries, Lookbooks, and Guest Portals.
• Coming soon — white-label branding on content cards. When you white-label a Dashboard, Content Page cards will take on the logo of the Partner Agent you applied. Note: like Guest Portals, a Dashboard can't be copied into another account, but you can still share it with a Partner Agent who invites the clients onward.
• Coming soon — the Wild Card. A proper text-only card is on the way, with the option to add text, buttons, and even an image — replacing the current hidden-forms-card workaround.
• Coming soon — build content in context. You'll be able to create a Lookbook or Itinerary from scratch or from a Lookbook template or Itinerary template right inside a Dashboard, without leaving the file.
• Coming soon — Traveler Tasks. A checklist card your clients can tick off. Later iterations will add assigning tasks to specific people and setting due dates.
• Coming soon — card visibility settings. Limit who can see a card (for example, an invoice only Sarah can see) — this requires passcode protection so we know who's viewing. A later update will let you schedule when cards appear, such as pre-travel info that shows 30 or 60 days before departure.
• Coming soon — insurance policy documents and images on every card. When a client buys a policy through the Redpoint travel insurance integration, their policy documents will be added automatically. And you'll soon be able to add images to forms, lists, and documents cards for a cohesive look.

• A note on Guest Portals. All new investment is going into Travel Dashboards, which do everything Guest Portals do and more. Existing Guest Portals stay fully supported through the end of 2027, but you'll no longer be able to create new ones after the end of 2026 — so it's a great time to start exploring Travel Dashboards.
• Super Builder sneak peek (from Q&A). Super Builder is rolling out in phases: Content Pages first (in the next 2–3 weeks), then Lookbooks and Itineraries by the end of August, possibly into September. It's the same familiar builder, just more flexible — with a dedicated Super Builder webinar coming soon.
