If your client is traveling with others and wants to share access to their Guest Portal, they can do so in three different ways. Once shared, each recipient will receive an email with a link to access the portal. After they have accepted the invitation and logged into the portal, they can invite others to the portal by following the steps below.

From Desktop

• Click the Person Icon in the upper right corner.

From the Travel Portal App

• Click the Information button.
• Then select the three dots in the upper right corner.

From Mobile Browser

• Select Enter on the Itinerary or Information.
• Then click the three dots in the upper right corner.
