This permission controls who can manage shared itinerary settings, itinerary presets in resources, and defaults that apply across your team.

Users with this permission can:

• Departure & Arrival Points: Manage the shared departure and arrival point options available to the team.
• Basis of Stay Options: Manage the shared basis of stay options used in itineraries.
• Visibility Settings: Save visibility preferences for the whole team.
• Itinerary Presets Resources: Save event inputs as "Itinerary Presets" in resources, for use by the whole team.
• Default Settings: Save itinerary settings as team-wide defaults.
• Flight Notification Defaults: Save flight notification preferences as defaults for the whole team.
  

Users without this permission can still configure settings for their own itineraries, but cannot modify shared options or save defaults that affect other team members.
