How can I share a page from my Content Library?
Steps to share pages directly from your Content Library.
There are two methods to share Content Pages from your Content Library. Follow the instructions below to learn how.
Step-By-Step Instructions
- Navigate to the Content Library.
- Search for the page you want to share.
- Click the Share button next to the page.
- In the pop-up window, choose one of the following sharing options:
- Regular Link: A shareable link will be copied to your clipboard, which you can then paste into an email, text message, or WhatsApp chat.
- Allow to save in Content Library: With this link, users can save the page to their Safari Portal Dashboard. Any updates you make will be automatically reflected on the shared page.
- Note you can only share your own Content Pages with other Safari Portal users (as they will already have access to the global SP content).
