Why can't I access the Element Library in a Guest Portal?
The location of the Element Library depends on where you are working within Safari Portal.

If you're using a Guest Portal

To access the Element Library within a Guest Portal:

  1. First, add one or more Content Pages to the Guest Portal from the General Info tab.
  2. Navigate to the Guest Portal tab.
  3. Hover between sections on a Content Page to access the Element Library.

Important: The Element Library is not available on the following Guest Portal pages:

  • Travel Brief
  • Guest Forms

If you're trying to add elements on one of these pages, you won't see the Element Library.

If you're using a Travel Dashboard

Travel Dashboards work differently and do not use the same Guest Portal page structure.

💡 If you haven't yet explored Travel Dashboards, we recommend giving them a try. Travel Dashboards were designed to be the next generation of Guest Portals and offer a much more flexible and intuitive experience for building client-facing experiences.
