This article is specifically meant for Account Admins. For information on how to manage account settings as a user, see our Getting Started guide.
The person in charge of any account on Safari Portal is called the Account Administrator or Account Admin. The Account Administrator can do the following:
- Manage billing and subscriptions
- Add and manage additional users
- Set all user permissions
Here's how to customize each setting available to the Account Admin.
Company Tab
Explore each section of the Company tab below.
Company Information
The section lets you set your company's name and address for all users and set your branding preference.
Add the hex code of your primary brand color for it to be used for subtle accents throughout your proposals, such as the tick marks next to dates on Classic builder Itineraries.

Company Assets
Upload your logo and add your primary brand color here.
- When uploading a logo for your company, the file must be in PNG, JPG, or SVG format, no larger than 1200px x 1200px, and under 5 MB.
Add a custom favicon so your brand appears in browser tabs across all shared Lookbooks, Itineraries, and Guest Portals.
- When uploading your favicon, make sure it is square. This helps it display cleanly and professionally in browser tabs.
- Please make sure your favicon is at least 180px x 180px.

Terms & Policies
Under the Company Settings tab, publish your company's Terms & Policies to unlock the Guest Forms functionality (if part of your plan), enabling clients to submit essential travel information securely. You can use the template provided for you or copy and paste your own. Learn more about this section and how to unlock Guest Forms.

Customized Link Sharing
With a Tier II plan, you can sync your company domain (e.g., www.your-company.com) with Safari Portal, allowing you to customize your itinerary links. For example, you could share a link like www.your-company.com/rachels-itinerary. Click here for instructions on how to set this up.

API Settings
This is only relevant for users using third-party software like Tourplan or similar to create quotations they want to send to Safari Portal. Learn more about setting this up, or email [email protected] for more information.

Google Tag Manager (GTM)
This is only relevant for users wishing to use GTM to track activity on their Safari Portal documents. Please note that this only works with those users with a Custom Domain set up (Tier II +). Learn more about using GTM with Safari Portal.

Users Tab
A list of users under your subscription is at the top of this tab.

By clicking the pencil icon next to a person’s name, you can adjust their permissions — including whether they can view all team files on their Dashboard (leave unchecked for access to their own files only), create, edit, or delete content in the Content Library, generate bednight reports, manage custom stages, and set their access levels for the Financials, Contacts modules, and Forms.

Add Users
If your plan allows additional users, you can invite them here.
Start by entering the user's email address that you would like to add to Safari Portal. Then, select their permissions and click the Send Invitation button.
