This article is specifically meant for Account Admins. For information on how to manage account settings as a user, see our Getting Started guide.
The person in charge of any account on Safari Portal is called the Account Administrator or Account Admin. The Account Administrator can do the following:
- Manage billing and subscriptions
- Add and manage additional users
- Set all user permissions
👉 You can update your Brand Assets in the Themes Module, where you can upload your logo and favicon, set your primary and secondary fonts, and set your brand hex colors. How do I add or change my logo?
Here's how to customize each setting available to the Account Admin.
Accessing your Account Settings
To access your account settings, click the triangle next to your initial in the top right and then click Settings from the dropdown.
Company Tab
Explore each section of the Company tab below.
Company Information
The section lets you set your company's name, address, and website for all users.
Privacy Policy
Under the Company Settings tab, publish your company's Privacy Policy to set the terms used throughout Safari Portal. Clients must accept it before accessing legacy Guest Portals, partners must acknowledge it before viewing shared traveler information, and it is used by default when you add the Terms & Policies element to a Form. You can use the template provided or add your own Privacy Policy. Learn more about this section and how to unlock Guest Forms.
Note: Guest Portals are being retired. You will no longer be able to create new Guest Portals after December 31, 2026, although existing Guest Portals will continue to be supported until December 31, 2027.

Customized Link Sharing
With a Tier II plan, you can sync your company domain (e.g., www.your-company.com) with Safari Portal, allowing you to customize your itinerary links. For example, you could share a link like www.your-company.com/rachels-itinerary. Click here for instructions on how to set this up.

API Settings
This is only relevant for users using third-party software like Tourplan or similar to create quotations they want to send to Safari Portal. Learn more about setting this up, or email [email protected] for more information.

Google Tag Manager (GTM)
This is only relevant for users wishing to use GTM to track activity on their Safari Portal documents. Please note that this only works with those users with a Custom Domain set up (Tier II +). Learn more about using GTM with Safari Portal.

Bonding Logos
Bonding Logos are relevant for UK companies and allow you to add your ABTA and ATOL logos in Company Settings. Once uploaded, the appropriate logo will automatically appear on relevant invoices when you set the corresponding bonding scenario for the File under File > Information.

Users Tab
A list of users under your subscription is at the top of this tab.

By clicking the pencil icon next to a person’s name, you can adjust their permissions — including whether they can view all team files on their Dashboard (leave unchecked for access to their own files only), create, edit, or delete content in the Content Library, generate bednight reports, manage custom stages, and set their access levels for the Financials, Contacts modules, and Forms.

Add Users
If your plan allows additional users, you can invite them by clicking Add New User.
Start by entering the user's email address that you would like to add to Safari Portal. Then, select their permissions and click the Confirm button.
