Lily is currently in beta, and she’s learning new tricks all the time!

In the future, Safari Portal plans to introduce Lily packages with additional AI credits for teams that want to use AI functionality within the platform more extensively.
You can also explore our MCP integration as an alternative way to connect your Safari Portal data with supported external AI tools.

Click Ask Ms. Wilde in the top-right corner of Safari Portal to open Lily.

What Happens After I Choose a Trick?
Think of Tricks as conversation starters, not one-click reports.
Once you select a Trick, Lily will ask you some guiding questions to understand exactly what you’re looking for. For example, she might ask what date range you want to analyze, which data you want to compare, or how you’d like your results broken down.
Answer her questions just as you would if you were chatting with a member of our team, and Lily will take it from there.

Try typing your own question or request into the chat. Lily has access to an expanding set of Safari Portal capabilities, so you may be surprised by what she can help you with.
Just keep in mind that Lily is still in beta. She’s learning new tricks and getting smarter all the time, and there may still be things she can't do — or doesn't get quite right yet.
