How do I create a Cost Template?
Use Cost Templates for repeatable, efficient trip configuration.

Cost Templates are a powerful tool for saving time and boosting efficiency. By using them, you won’t need to repeatedly fill in inclusions and exclusions for trips with similar details, allowing you to streamline the process and focus on other tasks.

 

Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Costs tab within any Itinerary.
  2. Input relevant information within the inclusions, exclusions, and other fields.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click Save as Template.
  4. In the pop-up modal, provide a name for your template and click Save As New to finalize.

For future use, select the appropriate Cost Template from the dropdown menu. The system will then automatically populate the relevant fields based on the template, reducing manual entry, saving time, and ensuring consistency across similar trip configurations.
